Your Responsibilities

  • Review and process expense claims according to the company's reimbursement policy.
  • Prepare accounting entries and ensure timely month-end closings. Assist with management reports.
  • Organize and archive accounting documents, vouchers, and invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts for payables and receivables to ensure accurate and reliable financial data.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors and support monthly tax filings and annual financial statements.

Your Profile

  • A commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or financial processing.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards and ideally some experience with German accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Excel & Word, SAP experience is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with a clear and structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to react quickly and flexibly in an international team.
  • Fluent in English and German.
