Senior Project Manager Digital (w/m/x)

Your Role

You will be part of a well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team that implements digital services with deep expertise and a clear customer focus. You will be responsible for projects where UI design, SEO/GEO, and content intersect, ensuring structure, reliability, and good collaboration -- both internally and externally.

You can expect diverse projects for clients such as Angelini, DR. KADE, or Kleinanzeigen.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for digital marketing projects holistically -- from planning through implementation to go-live
• You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that quality, budget, and timing are met
• You will be the central point of contact for clients and manage projects with clear communication and reliability
• You will advise clients strategically, further develop project approaches, and identify sensible next steps early on
• You will independently create proposals, manage project scopes, and ensure transparent billing
• You will set priorities, create structure, and maintain respectful, equal-level interaction

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in project management of digital projects, ideally in a digital agency
• Technical focus in UI/UX design or SEO/content; you are familiar with the other discipline
• Completed degree or comparable training in marketing, communication, or project management
• Confident practical experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and common collaboration tools like Miro
• Structured, reliable way of working, high service and customer orientation, as well as organizational talent
• Very good communication and social skills -- fluent in German and English, combined with a appreciative interaction
