Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain financial technology platforms
- Build and optimize APIs for payment systems and financial services
- Ensure compliance with Swiss financial regulations and data protection standards
- Implement secure and scalable cloud-based infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and risk teams
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Contribute to system architecture and technical strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in FinTech or financial services
- Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or C)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with financial systems, payment gateways, or blockchain technologies
- Understanding of Swiss regulatory environment (FINMA regulations is a plus)
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
