For our creative center, we are looking for a personality in Creative Producing who turns visions into reality.

You manage and love to create. You dream of captivating storytelling, wild concepts, and briefings that electrify the team. At the same time, you love strategic customer consulting and leadership. You always consider the big picture, find innovative solutions, and jump in where it counts.

Constructive friction really gets you going. You have extremely high quality standards: While errors in the process are unacceptable to you, mistakes on the way to the best solution are explicitly allowed.

Your mission with us:

• Conception & Strategy: You develop bold communication paths that create meaning.
• Client Sparring: You advise at eye level and guide projects safely through all phases.
• Coordination & Leadership: You manage the team and resources in the creative center.
• Production Life: And then, of course, it's time to shoot, shoot, shoot!

• Industry experience: You are not a novice. We look forward to your expertise from countless implemented film projects.
• Craft & Vision: You master the keyboard of production as well as that of creative derivation.

Location & Working Hours:

We work flexibly and result-oriented. For this role, we are planning for at least 30 hours per week.

We love the energy in our office and value direct exchange -- so we are happy if you are with us on-site about 3 days a week. Nevertheless, we always remain flexible: Full-remote phases are absolutely no problem for limited periods after consultation.
