Business Development Manager -- DACH Region (Remote)

We are working with a well-established international electronics manufacturer seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a fully remote role, ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the electronic components market.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy across the DACH region
  • Identify, target, and win new customers while expanding existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and distributors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation
  • Work closely with internal technical, product, and operations teams
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within electronic components or connectors
  • Strong understanding of the DACH electronics market
  • Track record of new business development and account growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, international environment
