Business Development Manager -- DACH Region (Remote)
We are working with a well-established international electronics manufacturer seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a fully remote role, ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the electronic components market.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy across the DACH region
- Identify, target, and win new customers while expanding existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and distributors
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation
- Work closely with internal technical, product, and operations teams
- Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within electronic components or connectors
- Strong understanding of the DACH electronics market
- Track record of new business development and account growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, international environment
