What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years of demonstrable outbound experience (SDR, Inside Sales in B2B).
  • Closing strength & KPI focus -- you deliver what you set out to do.
  • Resilience & Drive: A "no" brings you closer to the next "yes".
  • Empathy & professional communication, especially with medical decision-makers.
  • German C2 -- you argue clearly, convincingly, and confidently.
  • Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree, Healthcare/Med Tech, tools like Notion/Figma/Mailchimp.

Your tasks

  • Outbound acquisition of doctors, clinics & medical supply stores -- by phone & in writing.
  • Lead qualification: Close warm leads efficiently, systematically develop cold leads.
  • Consulting: Analyze needs, place premium listings & campaigns convincingly.
  • Pipeline ownership: From initial contact to the deal -- entirely in your hands.
  • Sales organization: Clean data, clear forecasts.
  • Key account management for long-term partnerships.
  • Market feedback directly to the founding team & marketing.
