What you bring to the table
- 2+ years of demonstrable outbound experience (SDR, Inside Sales in B2B).
- Closing strength & KPI focus -- you deliver what you set out to do.
- Resilience & Drive: A "no" brings you closer to the next "yes".
- Empathy & professional communication, especially with medical decision-makers.
- German C2 -- you argue clearly, convincingly, and confidently.
- Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree, Healthcare/Med Tech, tools like Notion/Figma/Mailchimp.
Your tasks
- Outbound acquisition of doctors, clinics & medical supply stores -- by phone & in writing.
- Lead qualification: Close warm leads efficiently, systematically develop cold leads.
- Consulting: Analyze needs, place premium listings & campaigns convincingly.
- Pipeline ownership: From initial contact to the deal -- entirely in your hands.
- Sales organization: Clean data, clear forecasts.
- Key account management for long-term partnerships.
- Market feedback directly to the founding team & marketing.
