At the Wolfertschwenden site, we are looking for you for our Corporate HR business division:

Trainer (m/f/d) in IT and Software Development

Your Responsibilities

• Professional and personal support of our trainees in the professions of IT Specialist, Office Management Assistant for Digitalization Management, as well as students (dual students, interns, working students, and thesis students) in computer science and computer science-related degree programs
• Planning, conceptualization, and delivery of subject-specific training and study content
• Development and execution of IT projects in collaboration with junior staff
• Conducting basic training courses, exam preparations, and deployment planning for trainees and students
• Participation in the selection process for awarding training/study positions and determining deployment areas
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and interfaces in organization and execution
• Conceptualization and execution of marketing measures for recruiting IT junior staff in collaboration with the Employer Branding department

Your Profile

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable degree or training in IT with further qualifications
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in the IT environment and in collaboration with junior staff
• Teamwork skills combined with a strong hands-on mentality
• Ideally, a successfully completed trainer aptitude test (IHK, AdA)
• Very good communication skills at all levels within the organization
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
