Your Role

As an Order Manager / Commercial Clerk for Order Processing (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the complete processing of repair orders--from clarifying activities, creating quotes, and processing orders to invoicing. You will monitor order and delivery status, coordinate timely processes, and initiate necessary measures to ensure a smooth workflow. You will provide professional customer support, act as a dedicated point of contact, and coordinate internal communication with relevant departments. You will support cross-functional tasks, take on work packages in larger projects, and actively participate in short-term and special projects in the after-sales environment. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of framework and service agreements and help optimize service and process structures.

Your Qualifications

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship, such as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification--ideally supplemented by further training such as a certified specialist (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d).
  • You have experience in internal sales, after-sales, or project management, as well as proficient knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ideally, you have expertise in export business, handling tenders, or public clients.
  • You work independently, conscientiously, and in a structured manner. You are resilient, possess strong communication skills, and have excellent organizational talent.
  • Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
