About the Role
CareMates, an innovative AI-powered CRM for the care sector and part of the myneva group, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager (m/w/d) to drive lead generation and brand positioning. This is a full-stack marketing role focused on a rapidly growing product.
Your Mission:
- End-to-end lead generation for CareMates, with a focus on inbound campaigns via HubSpot.
- Conception, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey (email, landing pages, workflows, lead nurturing).
- Close collaboration with sales to ensure campaigns deliver quality leads and measurable impact.
- Management of CareMates' social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn (content ideas, editorial planning, performance analysis).
- Planning and management of paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with data-driven optimization.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with industry associations and supporting joint marketing activities.
- Organizing success stories and reference reports in collaboration with customers, sales, and product teams.
- Planning and coordinating trade fair appearances, events, and webinars for CareMates in close coordination with Group Marketing.
- Participation in the myneva group's marketing setup, utilizing existing structures and tools while incorporating CareMates' specific requirements.
- Analyzing campaign and performance data, creating reports, and deriving concrete optimization measures.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in the software or SaaS sector.
- Profound practical experience in campaign management and marketing automation with HubSpot.
- Data-driven mindset, understanding of performance metrics, and active use for campaign optimization.
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and operational execution ("hands-on mentality").
- Structured, self-reliant work style with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Good sense for target audiences, content, and tone, especially in the B2B environment.
- Confident communication skills in German and English.

Contact Information:
The core team regularly collaborates at the Munich office. Proximity to Munich is a plus for on-site work. However, the position can be 100% remote throughout Germany. Besides Munich, our largest offices in Germany are in Essen and Hamburg, where you are always welcome.
