About Us

We are a young, growing company currently building a B2B business in the motor oil sector. The goal is to enter national and international trade (Germany, Europe, and overseas) and to establish structured export and import processes. As we are setting up this business area from scratch, we are not looking for operational support in daily business, but for an experienced industry personality who brings their knowledge, market insights, and existing contacts to help us with the setup, structuring, and market development.

Your Role

  • Expansion and further development of our B2B export business in the motor oil sector
  • Management and optimization of order processing
  • Utilization and contribution of existing contacts, networks, and sources
  • Consulting on market strategies, supply chains, and processes
  • Independent organization and implementation

Your Profile

  • Absolutely required: Several years of professional experience in B2B motor oil trading / lubricant export
  • Very good understanding of:
    • International markets
    • Supply chains
    • Prices, margins, and contract structures
  • Existing industry contacts (suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, etc.)
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • No need for close supervision – You know what you are doing
  • 👉 Ideally, you have already worked for years in an established company in this industry and now want to contribute your knowledge specifically

Framework & Compensation

  • Fixed salary: approx. €260 gross/month
  • Additional commission: Attractive, performance-based compensation with a share in the business success. With successful development of the export business, monthly commissions in the five-figure range are realistic, with no upper limit.
  • Vacation: 30 days per year
  • Work model:
    • 100% home office
    • Personal meetings approx. 1x per quarter or as needed
    • Very flexible working hours (no classic office hours)
