IT-Solution Engineer (Identity & Access / IAM) (m/w/d) - Kaufering

Responsibilities:

• Take up, evaluate and advise on suitable solutions for IT requirements in the IAM/Security context
• Product management of internal IT services (IAM/Security)
• Communicate and represent the global IT strategy to the netgo entities
• Ensure service quality in close cooperation with internal customers and service providers
• Manage and coordinate IT service providers
• Centrally communicate changes to IT services
• Plan and implement Proof of Concepts (e.g., role models, policy/security use cases)
• Make decisions and accompany technical handovers
• Create and maintain IT architecture (Identity/Security)
• Plan and control IT budget
• Develop sourcing strategy
• Manage contracts and procurement
• Optimize IT processes together with internal customers and delivery
• Control IT housekeeping and outsource operational tasks
• Prioritize projects according to the overall strategy

Requirements:

Must have:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, ideally in the IAM, IT Security, and Cloud Architectures environment
• Sound know-how in role/authorization concepts
• Confident handling of modern technologies and standards
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
• Business administration knowledge and experience in service management
• Experience in carrying out and participating in IT projects – from analysis to successful implementation
• German language skills at level C1/C2
• English language skills at level B2/C1
• Sound knowledge in at least one of the following technologies:
  • Okta (Policies, Groups/Roles Models, Lifecycle/IAM Processes, SAML / OIDC / SCIM)
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM)
  • Microsoft Defender (Security Use Cases, Baselines, Integrations)
  • Azure Sentinel / SIEM / Logging Use Cases
