We are on a growth trajectory and are looking for new full-time colleagues to join our dedicated 1st Level Support team in our Berlin office or remotely throughout Germany (home office or coworking space).
Do you enjoy customer contact and have a good understanding of technical contexts?
After thorough onboarding and practice-oriented training, you will become the first point of contact for our clients -- assisting them with questions and error messages, and ensuring their applications are quickly and reliably back up and running in case of disruptions.

Your Responsibilities:
- You are the point of contact for our clients -- whether by phone or email -- and handle their requests in a friendly and competent manner.
- You will create a ticket according to our standard process, record all important information, and forward more complex cases to the responsible department.
- For predefined standard solutions, you will troubleshoot directly: using remote access, asking the right questions, and with a clear goal -- to resolve the issue quickly.
- You provide first-level support for technical requirements and disruptions, carefully documenting all messages, conversations, attempted solutions, and time spent in the system.
- And when everything is running smoothly again, you get to deliver the good news to the client by phone.
What You Should Bring:
- You communicate confidently in German -- both spoken and written (minimum C1).
- You have previous experience in 1st Level Support, or you are transitioning careers and have completed vocational training or are pursuing a degree where you learned structured and analytical thinking.
- Thanks to your quick comprehension, you can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, working precisely and proactively.
- You are enthusiastic about IT -- and you enjoy direct customer contact.
