Who we are looking for:

Are you a forward-thinking developer who stays ahead of the curve? We are seeking a Freelance Programming Coach who not only masters the modern TypeScript stack but also embraces AI-driven development and takes an active role in evolving our educational content. You will be responsible for leading our German-speaking bootcamp and ensuring our curriculum remains industry-leading.

Your Mission:

You will guide a group of motivated learners through an intensive, high-speed journey. Beyond just teaching, you will be a content architect, ensuring that our materials stay up-to-date with the latest tech releases and AI workflows.

Technical Stack & Curriculum:

Your teaching and development work will cover:

  • AI-Driven Development: Teaching "Coding with AI" (GitHub Copilot, Cursor), Prompt Engineering for developers, and integrating the OpenAI API into fullstack projects.
  • TypeScript & Core: Basics, Development Workflows, DOM Manipulation, and Advanced TS.
  • Backend Excellence: Express (MVC, Filesystem), SQL, and NestJS (Databases, REST, Auth, Testing, Swagger).
  • Frontend & Fullstack: Next.js (App Router, Zustand), Testing, and Fullstack Architecture.
  • Infrastructure: CI/CD, Docker & Advanced Docker Deployment, and Principles & Design Patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruction & Didactics: Conduct sessions in German, ranging from Course Overviews to deep-dive Coding Assessments.
  • Curriculum Maintenance & Development:
    • Regularly update lesson materials, code examples, and exercises.
    • Develop new modules (e.g., new Next.js features or AI tools) to keep the course "state-of-the-art."
    • Refine teaching methodologies based on student feedback and industry shifts.
  • Agile Mentoring (Capstone Sprints): Lead the 5-week project phase, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and progress evaluations.
  • AI Integration: Demonstrate and teach how to use AI tools effectively to speed up the development process without sacrificing code quality.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in Fullstack development (TS, NestJS, Next.js).
  • AI Fluency: Expert at Coding with AI; you know how to use LLMs to write better code, debug faster, and teach students to do the same responsibly.
  • Curriculum Experience: Experience in creating or maintaining technical educational content.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or Near-Native German is mandatory (course language).
  • Methodology: Strong experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
