About the Role

We build product in a highly modern, hands-on way. Product Managers don't just write specs --- they actively build, experiment, and ship alongside engineers. We move fast, iterate continuously, and use modern tools (including Cursor and AI-assisted development) to turn ideas into production quickly.

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys ambiguity, and wants deep ownership of both product outcomes and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Build directly in the product using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers and Designers in small, empowered teams
  • Translate customer problems into shipped solutions, not just documents
  • Drive rapid experimentation, validation, and iteration
  • Make pragmatic product decisions balancing speed, quality, and impact
  • Continuously refine product scope based on real usage and feedback

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Product Manager shipping real products
  • A strong builder mindset: you're comfortable getting hands-on in the product
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI, to accelerate product work
  • Strong product judgment and user-centric thinking
  • Clear communication and a bias toward action
  • Willingness to collaborate deeply with Engineers who expect PMs to build

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups or fast-growing product teams
  • Technical fluency (you don't need to be an engineer, but you can build)
  • Experience with modern product discovery and experimentation methods
  • Background in design, engineering, or data
  • Experience working with AI-powered or developer-facing products

Why Join Us

  • Redefine what it means to be a Product Manager
  • Build product, not just roadmaps
  • Work in a team that values speed, trust, and ownership
  • Use modern tools and AI daily
  • Shape both the product and how it's built

How We Work

  • Product Managers and Engineers ship together
  • Rapid iteration with frequent releases
  • Minimal process, high ownership
  • Focus on outcomes over rituals
  • Strong emphasis on learning and continuous improvement
