Requirements

Must have:

  • Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

  • Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving organization where priorities shift and adaptability matters

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region for onsite client visits

  • Bonus point: Veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage implementation projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live
  • Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH region
  • Configure and customize Provet to each customer's clinical workflows
  • Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
