As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Market Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day exchange operations, monitor trading activity, and ensure smooth execution across platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with trading, technical, and operations teams in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands exchange mechanics, and is comfortable working with real-time market data and operational processes.

This is a fully remote position open to professionals across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trading activity, order flow, and market conditions across multiple platforms.
• Support operational processes related to exchange activity, including trade flow and liquidity monitoring.
• Identify irregularities, pricing discrepancies, or execution issues and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth platform operations and issue resolution.
• Track performance metrics related to trading activity, volumes, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining accurate reporting on market activity and operational performance.
• Monitor exchange fee structures, liquidity conditions, and market behavior.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new platforms or partners.

Requirements

• Experience in market operations, trading support, or exchange operations within digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of order books, spreads, trading flows, and liquidity dynamics.
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Binance , Kraken , Coinbase , OKX , or Bybit.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with real-time data.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
