IT-Compliance & IT-Security Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for requirements from regulation, agreements, and directives within IT
• Ensure compliance with IT-related legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, NIS2, etc.)
• Creation of comprehensive documentation
• Advise management on the targeted implementation of necessary topics in the IT sector (IT Compliance)
• Raise awareness among IT employees
• Ensure that AI measures comply with regulatory requirements
• Guarantee responsible, ethical use of Artificial Intelligence in IT (AI Regulation)
• Development and implementation of processes and guidelines as part of process optimization
• Review the effectiveness of these processes using defined KPIs
• Conduct internal audits and controls to verify IT compliance
• Support during external audits

Requirements

Must have:

• Completed Master's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Law, or a comparable qualification
• Specialization in Cybersecurity desirable
• Several years of professional experience in IT regulation, IT compliance, and IT security
• Sound knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, IT Security Act)
• Understanding of Service Management Frameworks, such as ITIL
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrable experience in software development throughout the entire software creation process
• Analytical and conceptual skills, high problem-solving competence, and a structured, independent way of working
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex issues
• A creative, curious, and pragmatic personality with a strong team spirit
• Independent way of working and willingness for occasional business trips (approx. 25% of the activity)
