Senior Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Sie werden für die Durchführung von (Teil-)Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Netzinformationssystemen für die Märkte Strom, Gas, Wasser, Abwasser, Fernwärme und Telekommunikation verantwortlich sein. Dies umfasst Projektschritte wie:
  • Analyse und Spezifikation von Kundenanforderungen
  • Implementierung von Anpassungen durch Konfiguration bestehender Softwaremodule oder Datenbanktabellen
  • Installation, Test, Abnahme und Implementierung der Softwarelösung
  • Qualität, Termine und Projektdokumentation in allen Planungsphasen
• Sie führen technische Kundenpräsentationen durch und bereiten diese vor.
• Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unser Projektmanagement sowie den Kundensupport.
• Die Arbeit wird größtenteils vom Büro aus mittels Fernzugriff oder Web-Meeting erbracht, wir erwarten jedoch, dass bei Bedarf des Kunden Kundenbesuche durchgeführt werden.

Education / Qualifications

• Sie haben ein technisches (Hochschul-)Studium (z.B. Geoinformatik, Informatik, Informationstechnik oder Versorgungswirtschaft) abgeschlossen.
• Sie haben Berufserfahrung in der Projektarbeit im Bereich Netzinformationssysteme oder Geoinformationssysteme gesammelt.
• Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft ist für diese Rolle ebenfalls von Vorteil.
• Sie verfügen über gute IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Betriebssysteme, insbesondere in der Konfiguration/Administration von IIS, Active Directory, Group Policies, sowie im Netzwerkbereich.
• Sie beherrschen Skriptsprachen wie MS PowerShell oder ähnliche.
• Ihre guten Kenntnisse von Datenbanken wie Oracle und SQL Server werden idealerweise durch Programmiererfahrung in .Net-Sprachen ergänzt.
• Sie denken strukturiert und überzeugen durch eine ziel- und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sie verfügen über gute Englisch- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sie sind bereit, gelegentliche Geschäftsreisen anzutreten.
