Your Role

Responsibilities
In short: You will ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage.
In detail: You will be instrumental in our next growth phase, ensuring that OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads & customers via LinkedIn.
Your tasks: LinkedIn Sales Development & Lead Generation You will play a key role in establishing LinkedIn as a scalable sales channel for OnStage and consistently generating leads, scheduling appointments, and qualifying them.
Your core tasks:
- Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and system)
- Structured follow-ups & conversation management (human and authentic chatting with the target audience)
- Relationship building & social selling (commenting and interacting with the target audience in the feed)
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Very strong social and communication skills
- Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or telephone sales is a plus)
- Structured, independent way of working
- LinkedIn or social media experience helpful, but not a must
Attitude & Approach
- You take 100% responsibility for your results
- You are comfortable with outreach, rejection, or follow-ups
- You are hungry, performance-oriented, and want to earn money
