Your Mission: Set Guardrails & Achieve Goals

You are the interface between customer wishes and technical excellence. Your tasks are far more than just pushing appointments:

• Project Direction: You independently manage HubSpot implementations and CX projects. You are the one who keeps an overview when things get complex.
• Strategic Partnering: You work closely with clients and our internal Tech Experts. You define goals that truly advance our clients.
• Roadmap Design: You create project, time, and resource plans that not only look good on paper but also work in reality.
• Performance Controlling: You have a firm grip on progress, resources, and budgets, and communicate status reports transparently and solution-oriented.
• Agency Evolution: You actively shape our internal processes. We are growing fast -- and you are building the structures that make us even better.

Your Profile: Solution-Oriented & Strong Communication Skills

• PM Passion: You have initial experience in project management (ideally in an agency or IT environment) or are eager to get started with us as a junior.
• CRM Understanding: HubSpot or other CRM systems are not foreign words to you. You understand how data and processes are interconnected.
• Organizational Talent: You love structure but never lose flexibility when requirements change.
• Hands-on Mentality: You don't wait for instructions but recognize where you need to pitch in to drive the project forward.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and empathetically in German and English.
