The Opportunity

Join an innovative mobility SaaS platform transforming the way companies enable employee car subscriptions. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, winning new corporate clients for a subscription-based mobility solution that makes employee (electric) car access simple, flexible, and sustainable. This scale-up helps companies of all sizes offer hassle-free car subscriptions to their employees - covering insurance, registration, taxes, maintenance, and more. Their mission: make mobility simple, sustainable, and rewarding for both businesses and their people. The team is small but growing, giving you a chance to take ownership early and grow with the company. Current sales team quota attainment is 92%, highlighting a strong performance culture.

The Role

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to account closing, for corporate clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at VP and C-level, securing new accounts and laying the groundwork for long-term growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve the product, processes, and customer experience.
  • Experiment with new outbound strategies and contribute to shaping the sales playbook.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of SaaS sales experience; BDR/SDRs ready to step up into an AE role are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and drive.
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Native-level in German and confident in English.
