Senior Growth Manager
About the Role
Join us in building the next generation AI systems to create a dynamic and more personal web, and transform how people interact with websites. Help us drive growth for pagent through impactful marketing strategies and automated systems.
As a Growth Manager, you will apply GTM engineering principles to build scalable growth systems while meticulously monitoring our pages' analytics to drive results. You'll work closely with our founding team to develop a deep understanding of our customers and product, helping shape our go-to-market approach from the ground up.
We're looking for someone who can build automated systems that generate pipeline at scale without requiring an army of SDRs. You'll identify new customers, evaluate and test different marketing channels, leverage data enrichment tools and LLMs to personalize messaging at scale, and create compelling campaigns that showcase the value of pagent.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Systems Building
Design and implement scalable systems that automate prospect research, personalized outreach, and lead qualification processes
Content Strategy
Craft engaging content, conduct content audits and analysis, and develop a content calendar that aligns with our business goals
Data-Driven Growth
Analyze website traffic and user behavior, implement data-driven optimizations, and develop strategies to improve our search visibility using modern enrichment tools
Social Media & Automation
Plan, implement and manage our social media strategy with automated systems that deliver personalized content across different platforms
Technical Growth Campaigns
Design and execute technically sophisticated growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and retention
Conversion Optimization
Map out customer journeys and optimize conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel using our own product
Strategic Partnerships
Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with B2B products, agencies, and industry influencers to expand our reach
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth, preferably in SaaS or AI/tech industry
- Experience building automated growth systems that can scale efficiently without requiring proportional headcount increases
- Technical mindset with the ability to leverage data enrichment tools, automation platforms, and AI to drive growth
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities
- Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing channels
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth for B2B SaaS products
- Self-starter mentality with high agency - able to get things done and unblock yourself
- Knowledge of AI industry and trends is a plus
