Responsibilities

  • Outbound research: Identification and qualification of potential customers (leads) in close coordination with our sales team
  • Contact: Initial approach of decision-makers via phone & email
  • Follow-ups: Follow-up of leads and appointment scheduling
  • Data management: Maintenance and updating of our CRM system
  • Identification of decision-makers and key contacts at target customers as well as creation of new contacts in our CRM

Qualifications

  • Enrollment at a university or college is required
  • Initial experience in telephone customer acquisition
  • Fun and interest in sales and recruiting, as well as administrative tasks and research work
  • Independent work
  • Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
