To achieve our growth goals even faster, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Teamlead Sales (m/f/d) to help us reach the next level.

Responsibilities
- Leading and developing our sales team: You will lead a motivated team of sales professionals and set clear goals and strategies together.
- Strategic new customer acquisition: You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing sales processes, and engaging in direct conversations with potential clients.
- Holistic sales process: From the initial contact, product presentations (online), to offer creation, contract negotiations, and closing -- you will manage the entire sales cycle.
- Customer retention and upselling: Together with our Customer Success team, you will develop strategies to retain existing customers and identify cross- and upselling potentials.
- Team collaboration: You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to continuously optimize the sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree or completed commercial vocational training.
- Several years of experience (at least 4 years) in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or e-commerce sector.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Negotiation skills, closing strength, and a hands-on mentality.
- Technical understanding and affinity for e-commerce tools.
- Independence, flexibility, and the willingness to continuously develop yourself.
- Ideally, an existing network in the e-commerce environment.
