Our client, a future-oriented company with a broad field of activity and an international growth trajectory, is looking to strengthen its Corporate Controlling team by hiring an experienced FP&A Specialist. In this role, you will make a central contribution to the financial management of the group and actively shape the further development of modern controlling concepts as well as the transformation of the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of group-wide planning and forecasting processes
• Creation of meaningful financial analyses and decision proposals for top management and supervisory boards
• Assessment and tracking of strategic investment projects using IRR and NPV analyses
• Performance of complex ad-hoc analyses to support the CFO in operational and strategic decisions
• Close collaboration with the controlling departments of the business units and other finance departments

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
• Several years of professional experience in group controlling or comparable consulting activities (e.g., Transaction Services, Valuation)
• Sound knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses and their application in planning models
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to concisely present complex issues
