Your Tasks

• The royal discipline in sales - cold calling by phone!
• Where there's a phone, there's a way. And a direct line to the customer.
• Then bring your strengths to the phone - and find out together with HR managers what they really need. With charm, interest, and tact, you'll discover their wishes, challenges, and goals - and show them how our smart solutions for job advertisements make the difference.
• You'll excite our customers with personal phone consultations, gradually building your own customer base.
• You'll create tailor-made offers and successfully close deals.
• Thanks to intensive training, you'll know our advertising packages and personnel marketing strategies like the back of your hand.
• With the perfect mix of our services, you'll ensure that your customers' job advertisements achieve maximum visibility and reach.
• This way, you'll quickly become a trusted advisor and a real problem solver for your customers in terms of personnel acquisition - and build long-term partnerships.

Your Profile

• Are you communicative, curious, and have a good feel for people?
• Ideally, you have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification - but career changers with personality and persuasive power are also very welcome here.
• You enjoy commercial tasks and are comfortable with PCs.
• Experience in sales or telephone sales is a plus, but not a must - what's more important to us is that you inspire with your enthusiasm.
• You're eager to achieve your goals with ambition and perseverance and want to continuously develop yourself.
