About the Role

We are looking for a Sales / Recruitment Manager (m/w/d) who is driven by ambition, goals, and energy. Your educational background or professional history is not as important as your drive and potential. While experience in recruiting or sales is a plus, it is not required. Key attributes for success include customer focus, strong communication skills for engaging with clients and candidates, teamwork, a hands-on mentality, results orientation, initiative, persuasiveness, a high willingness to learn, problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset. Technical affinity and proficiency in both German and English are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and finalizing contracts.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain a strong network and foster long-term client relationships post-onboarding.
  • Candidate Engagement: Actively engage and support candidates throughout the hiring process, continuously monitoring the market.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice and identify new business opportunities.
