We guide clients from media strategy and ad tech implementation to data analysis, management, and personalized campaign execution across all platforms.\n\nJoin us in a new era of marketing for perfect customer experiences!\n\n## Your Responsibilities:\n\n* Project Management: Manage internal and external projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with clients and teams.\n* Campaign Lifecycle: Plan, manage, and optimize online media campaigns from ideation to performance analysis, focusing on maximum results.\n* Bridge Building: Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments, connecting the right people and utilizing project management skills to coordinate teams and create efficient processes.\n* Skill Development: Become an expert in media and our product portfolio, fostering continuous professional growth.\n* Client Presentations: Support the creation of compelling presentations, strategies, and reviews to win over clients.\n* Pitch Support: Participate in pitch meetings, prepare materials, and ensure thorough follow-up.\n\n## Your Profile:\n\n* Educational Background: A completed degree with a business administration focus or a comparable qualification, demonstrating a structured approach.\n* Relevant Experience: Initial practical experience, ideally in online marketing or project management, gained either at an agency or client-side.\n* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and abstraction abilities to draw sound conclusions and transform data into effective solutions.\n* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and service providers; solution-oriented and a true team player.\n* Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, creating clear and stylish reports and presentations.\n\n## What We Offer:\n\n* Life Phase Oriented Working: Flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and fair time tracking with overtime compensation support work-life balance.
