Your Mission at PlanCraft

As a (Senior) Strategy & Operations Manager (f/m/d), you help shape how PlanCraft operates as we scale across Europe. Working closely with the VP Business Operations and leadership across the company, you drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives and strengthen the systems that power our execution.

Your mission is to turn strategic ambition into operational reality --- bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning stakeholders across teams, and building scalable mechanisms that improve how we plan, decide, and execute. You step into ambiguous, high-impact topics where progress matters most. By structuring problems, driving initiatives end-to-end, and introducing better ways of working, you create meaningful operational leverage and help ensure that PlanCraft continues to scale with focus, speed, and discipline.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to measurable business impact, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and execution discipline
• Lead and orchestrate the company-wide OKR and planning cycles, translating strategic priorities into clear, outcome-driven team goals
• Strengthen and evolve PlanCraft's Company Operating System across planning, decision-making, governance, and communication layers
• Structure ambiguous strategic challenges into actionable plans, aligning stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Business Operations
• Prepare decision proposals for leadership by analyzing trade-offs, risks, and execution implications
• Improve KPI governance and prioritization discipline across teams to increase transparency, ownership, and outcome focus
• Design scalable internal processes, documentation standards, and operating mechanisms that reduce coordination overhead
• Introduce AI-enabled workflows and internal systems that increase operational efficiency and strengthen cross-functional execution

Your Profile

Must-haves

• 3--6 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Founder's Associate, Chief of Staff, or a comparable role in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS company or similar scaling organization
• Proven track record of owning cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem framing to measurable outcomes
• Experience working with planning and steering systems such as OKRs, strategic planning processes, or internal operating models
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear priorities and execution plans
• Ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and operational leverage thinking to improve workflows, decision-making, and execution efficiency

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing or improving governance structures, decision-making frameworks, or company operating mechanisms
• Experience implementing KPI dashboards, performance tracking systems, or operational steering tools
• Experience preparing executive, leadership, or board-level materials
• Hands-on experience with automation or AI workflow tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, or similar tooling)
• German language skills at C1 level or higher
