PlayPack is a small, venture-backed studio based in Berlin, founded in 2021. We focus on casual and hybrid-casual games.
Our merge-2 title Merge Away has surpassed 5M downloads, and we're now expanding our portfolio with new titles.
Role Description
We're looking for an Art Director to shape how our games look and feel, and to help build the pipelines that bring that vision to life.
This is a hybrid/remote role with flexibility, but strong ownership is key.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming
- Strong hands-on skills across 2D and 3D, with a track record of high-quality visuals
- Solid understanding of ASO and branding
- Experience in mobile game design or creative production workflows
- Experience building and optimizing AI-driven art pipelines
- Genuine enthusiasm for games
- Interest in working in a startup environment (and all the chaos that comes with it)
You must be based in the EU.
