Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

About the Role

This role is central to driving Positec's growth in South Africa by deploying creative and effective marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. You will experiment across diverse organic and paid acquisition channels to build brand awareness and strategic partnerships. Your Responsibilities:

• Keep an overview: Monitor and coordinate the deployment of successful marketing campaigns to ensure they align with corporate strategy.
• Take responsibility: Own the implementation of marketing projects from the initial idea through to final execution.
• Rely on your expertise: Contribute your knowledge to oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies.
• Show your analytical skills: Prepare detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights and assess results against goals.
• Achieve more together: Play a key role in building strategic relationships and partnering with key customers and vendors.
• Get involved: Implement a variety of acquisition channels including content creation, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
• Be right in the middle of things: Support the preparation of publicity, event management, and copywriting tasks.
• Bring your ideas to the table: Help shape and optimize organic and paid acquisition strategies, including pay-per-click and media buying.
• Be at the forefront: Develop our digital presence further by setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Enhance efficiency: Capture and analyze performance data using website analytics tools like Google Analytics to drive better ROI.
• Take initiative: Stay up-to-date on market trends, be brave, and experiment with new ways to reach our audience.

What We're Looking For:

• Your education: Completed higher education, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Your experience: Demonstrable background in marketing with a strong potential and attitude for continuous learning.
• Your mindset: You are high-energy, courageous, and willing to leave your comfort zone to achieve results.
• Your technical skills: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in media buying.
• Ideally: You have experience with DIY garden and power tools or setting up Google Adwords campaigns.
• Language skills: Fluency in English is a must for this role.
