Location: Bremen, Überseestadt Work Model: Hybrid or Remote

You are a confidant, sparring partner, and organizational talent all in one, and you keep an overview even when multiple projects are running in parallel.

YOUR Daily Playground:

• You manage our creators holistically and strategically develop their brand.
• You acquire, negotiate, and coordinate cooperations and campaigns.
• You develop new content formats and long-term strategies with the talents.
• You accompany creators to events, PR appointments, and public appearances.
• You take on project management, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.

YOUR Skill-Set:

• You have experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or the creator environment.
• You are comfortable in the world of social media, gaming, and pop culture.
• You work in an organized and communicative manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• You approach tasks proactively and work independently.
• You speak very good German and fluent English.
