Senior Analytics Platform Engineer (C++ / Data Systems) (m/w/d) - Fully Remote in Germany

About the Role

We're hiring a senior engineer to build and evolve high-throughput, data-intensive backend systems at the core of our analytics and attribution platform.

This is not an embedded or network-focused C++ role. It's a backend position for engineers who enjoy working close to data, performance, and analytical workloads.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain backend services and data pipelines in modern C++ (C++17+)
• Work with analytical data stores and high-volume event data (e.g. ClickHouse or similar)
• Optimise systems for low-latency queries and high write throughput
• Design scalable patterns for ingestion, aggregation, caching, and querying
• Write well-tested, production-grade C++ code

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with modern C++ in backend systems
• Hands-on work with data-intensive or analytics-driven platforms
• Comfort with SQL and analytical query patterns
• Solid testing practices (unit + integration)
• An analytical, performance-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• ClickHouse or similar analytical databases
• Redis or other caching systems
• Boost (or strong modern STL usage)
• Observability and performance monitoring experience
