Deswegen brauchen wir Unterstützung und suchen dich für unser Team als Legal Tech Engineer (w/m/d).\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\n* You act as the central link between us and the law firms.\n* You independently conduct onboarding and customer appointments on (technical) issues -- from individual firms to large accounts.\n* You plan and moderate training sessions (online and partially on-site) for lawyers and law firm employees.\n* Project management: You always keep an eye on timings, milestones, and requirements, and document and communicate them effectively.\n* You support your key clients in implementing their workflows with our software during ongoing operations.\n* You abstract customer requirements and feedback to implement them in close cooperation with the development team.\n\n### Your Qualifications\n\n* Completed legal training (law degree, ReFa, Legal Tech, etc.) or comparable background in the legal field.\n* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.\n* Calm, solution-oriented demeanor -- even in challenging project situations.\n* Confident use of digital tools and software solutions.\n* High degree of independence and sense of responsibility.\n* Fluent German language skills (min.
