Your Role: (Senior) SAP Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for you as a (Senior) SAP Sales Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time to support our continued growth.
Our SAP Unit has been delighting customers with individual solutions and seamless operation since day one. Our mission is to offer tailor-made and innovative SAP services to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
In this sales role, you will be responsible for the sales success of our SAP Cloud Services based on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as SAP Cloud ERP and SAP BTP. You will identify potential in migration and transition projects and convince customers with your expertise of the advantages of an SAP Cloud Strategy. With your feel for trends, you will drive the market launch of our managed service products and, together with the specialist departments, develop new offerings that meet the needs of our customers.

Sales and Business Development
- Strategic Acquisition and Market Development: Identify and acquire strategic new customers and develop new market segments in the SAP and cloud environment.
- Lead Management & Closing: Independently manage the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact and qualification to successful contract closing.
- Expand Competitive Advantages: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to position our USPs against competitors.
- Confident C-Level Presence: Lead negotiations and presentations at management level (CIO, CTO, CFO).
- Design Complex Offers: Lead the creation of individual solution designs, business cases, and complex offer documents.
Strategic Account Management & Customer Success
- Relationship Management at Decision-Maker Level: Build and maintain long-term, robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client companies.
- Account Development (Upselling & Cross-Selling): Proactively analyze customer needs to sustainably expand the portfolio (e.g., cloud migrations, managed services).
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a Trusted Advisor to drive customers' digital transformation through SAP innovations.
- Pipeline Responsibility: Independently manage and precisely forecast your sales pipeline in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Internal Leadership and Coordination
- Orchestrate Expert Teams: Lead cross-functional teams (Presales, Consulting, Cloud Architects) to develop optimal customer solutions.
- Resource and Stakeholder Management: Strategically coordinate capacities for complex projects and proofs-of-concept.
- Mentoring & Best Practices: Actively contribute to optimizing the sales strategy and coach junior team members.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance and derive strategic recommendations for management.
What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid professional experience (3-5 years) in IT sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Basic understanding of the SAP product world (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, BTP, cloud solutions).
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent Communication Skills: You argue convincingly, engagingly, and precisely -- whether on the phone or via email, etc.
- SAP Sales Professional: You have an impressive track record in sales (in the SAP environment).
- Sales Talent and "Hunter" Mentality: Proactive acquisition readiness (cold calling, lead generation, customer expansion).
- Structured Way of Working: You maintain your pipeline and CRM as diligently as your customer relationships.
- Quick Comprehension: You quickly grasp complex tech topics and explain them simply and understandably to customers.
- You negotiate confidently in German and move confidently in the English-speaking business context.
Personal Attributes
- You are highly self-motivated and have your goals firmly in sight.
- You are a team player and seize the opportunity to benefit from your colleagues' expertise / enjoy sharing your knowledge with the team.
- You love personal contact and enjoy traveling for customer visits and trade fairs.
