What Awaits You:

As an Assistant to the Management with a focus on HR topics, you are the right-hand person to the management and a central part of our team.

• You will work closely with the management and our team, especially on HR and organizational matters.
• You will support the development and optimization of our HR strategies and work to attract, support, and develop top talent.
• You will take responsibility for application management, employee feedback processes, and the organization of team events.
• Your workplace is in our prime location office in Berlin Mitte -- with the option for flexible remote work.

Your Output:

• You will coordinate recruiting activities, conduct initial interviews, and manage the organization of application processes.
• You will manage onboarding processes and ensure a great employee experience for new team members.
• You will ensure that internal HR and organizational processes run smoothly.
• You will be the link between management, the team, and external contacts.

• Languages: You speak fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
