In this role, you can contribute and grow as our Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Aftercare - Launch:

You will conduct telephone onboardings with new aftercare providers, convince them of our software solution, and show them how to optimally use Recare in their daily work.

Through direct exchange, you will learn the perspectives, pain points, and needs of aftercare providers, identify upselling potential early on, and pass it on to our sales team.

Together with the Customer Success Managers on the hospital side, you will ensure that all important information and requirements are exchanged between hospitals and aftercare providers -- so that both sides can make the best possible use of our platform.

You will continuously gather feedback from aftercare providers, structure it, and feed it back to product management -- actively shaping the further development of our products.
This is what we envision for you as our Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Aftercare - Launch:

You already have initial experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a comparable field -- ideally in a B2B / SaaS environment or in HealthTech / eHealth.

You possess strong communication skills, can convey complex content clearly and understandably, and have a good sense for your customers' needs.

Customer focus is your top priority, and you have a genuine interest in digitalization and change management in eHealth.

You can keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel, set priorities confidently, and work in a structured manner.

Very good German language skills and at least good English language skills complete your profile.
