About the Role:
You will be part of our New Business team and actively shape how new products in healthcare are created and grown. You will dive deep into market trends and customer needs, developing concrete ideas from them. From the initial hypothesis to implementation, you will accompany the entire go-to-market process -- strategically, operationally, and always close to the customer. Grow with these tasks as our New Business Manager (m/f/d):
- New Business: Support the identification of new market segments, application areas, and growth opportunities for our products in healthcare.
- Regulation & Competition: Monitor market and competitive dynamics and derive strategic action options from them.
- Customer Centricity: Conduct customer interviews and co-creation workshops with clinics, care facilities, and other partners.
- Initial Hypotheses: Translate market and customer feedback into value propositions and go-to-market hypotheses.
- Make Decisions: Support the development of business cases and decision papers for new products or market ideas.
- Implementation: Implement go-to-market strategies for new features, products, or market segments.
- Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful market launches.
This is who we envision as our New Business Manager (m/f/d):
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy or Business Development, ideally in a Scale-Up/Start-Up; preferably with a connection to healthcare and/or AI.
- You bring experience in the operational implementation of strategic projects -- from pilot projects to successful market launches.
- You enjoy direct customer work and have experience with workshops or co-creation formats (e.g., Customer Discovery, Design Thinking).
- You combine a very quick grasp and strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
- You communicate clearly, think analytically, and work independently.
- You speak German at a native level and fluent English.
