Recruiting Sonia was founded in 2022 by Sonia Uzarewicz with the goal of rethinking recruiting: fast, clear, strategic. Since 2019, she has been supporting SaaS companies in growth and scale-up phases in successfully filling tech and business roles.

The team currently consists of two + service providers; further reinforcement in part-time, whether permanently employed or freelance, is desired.

The vision: to build a small, powerful agency that lives recruiting with attitude, speed, and excellence.

Qualifikation

• hast 15-20h pro Woche Zeit, teilweise am Vormittag, teilweise am Nachmittag
• hast Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting, Talent Acquisition oder Personal
• bringst Erfahrung mit Arbeit aus dem Home Office und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation mit
• hast Lernbereitschaft, Transparenz und Selbstreflexion als Wertekompass inkl. einer optimistischen Persönlichkeit
