Your Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will own the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment setup, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization across our brands. This is a solo role reporting directly to the CEO, with cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Product, E-Commerce, Customer Success, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage national & international transports (incl. customs)
• Oversee 3PL/fulfillment centres, returns, and risk management
• Negotiate logistics contracts and shipping rates
• Analyse & optimise SCM processes; automate and standardise workflows
• Lead projects for new tools/systems implementation
• Monitor KPIs (cost per order, return rates, availability) and report to leadership
• Act as primary interface across departments to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• ≥3 years supply chain/logistics experience in E-Commerce / FMCG start-ups
• Customs handling expertise
• Proficiency in Google Sheets & ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Billbee, Xentral)
• Fluent German (C2) and solid English (B2)

Nice-to-Haves

• Procurement or product management knowledge
• Experience in process automation & KPI reporting
