About the Role

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will support day-to-day online store operations, ensuring product information, listings, and customer experience remain accurate and up to date across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Assist with inventory checks, order tracking, and coordination with relevant teams
• Support promotions, pricing updates, and online product launches
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Monitor customer inquiries and support customer communication
• Prepare simple performance reports when needed

Qualifications

• Based in Germany with the ability to work remotely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, a plus)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
• Good written communication skills
• Previous experience in e-commerce support is an advantage, but not required
