Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, building and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and participating in regular team meetings to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
  • Experience in leading projects is a plus
  • Fluency in German, professional knowledges in French or English
