Location: Hannover, Lower Saxony

Salary: Up to €80,000 + Bonus (Up to 2 months salary) Holiday: 30 days (plus Public Holidays) Work Model: Hybrid

An excellent opportunity for a Finance professional to join a well-established, global business in a role where you will be able to shape and define the Financial operations of their European business with long-term scope to develop and grow a team.

This company is a global supplier of Original Equipment to the Automotive sector with sites worldwide. They are currently undergoing a period of change and are looking for a Finance Officer to support their European operation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive positive change. This is a new role, offering the chance to make it your own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager in Germany and Financial Directors overseas.
• Overseeing continuous improvement activities related to finance.
• Identifying and implementing solutions for control gaps.
• Conducting monthly reporting.
• Identifying key profit and non-profit related KPIs.
• Hybrid working arrangement (office and home).

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in a finance/accounting discipline.
• Background in financial controlling.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Full industry training will be provided, so experience can be from any sector.
