About the Role

The Process Specialist will be responsible for advancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) at Bosch Service Solutions based on ITIL guidelines. This role involves close collaboration with the ServiceNow Product Owner to ensure ITSM processes are effectively mapped within the ServiceNow platform and that its functionalities are optimally utilized.

Your Tasks

• Develop and enhance Bosch Service Solutions' IT Service Management based on ITIL.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Product Owner to ensure ITSM processes are mapped within the ServiceNow ITSM module and its platform functions are optimally used.
• Monitor ITSM process and service quality, defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly coordinate interfaces and optimizations with other process owners.
• Advise and support service and process owners in Enterprise and IT Service Management.
• Train users on Service Management processes and the ServiceNow application.
• Engage independently with a strong sense of quality in a dynamic and agile service environment.

Your Profile

Experience and Expertise:

• Good knowledge of IT service processes and IT project management.
• Practical experience with ITSM processes using ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of IT applications, IT systems, and technologies.

Personal Attributes and Work Style:

• "Hands-on" mentality.
• Persuasive demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and high degree of independence.

Education:

• Completed degree in Computer Science (or related field like Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, certifications in COBIT or ITIL.

Languages:

• Negotiable German and English skills.
