Wir, Roche Healthcare Consulting, beraten bundesweit Kliniken und niedergelassene Laborinstitute in Fragestellungen zur Prozessoptimierung, Organisationsentwicklung und Transformation. Dadurch spielen wir eine zentrale Rolle im Vertriebsprozess und gestalten gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden deren Labore der Zukunft. Wir entwickeln ganzheitliche Konzepte für Labore aller Größenordnungen durch innovative Hardware und Software Lösungen zur automatisierten Prä- und Postanalytik, zur Steuerung des Proben- und Datenflusses sowie zur Analytik. • Consulting nationwide clinics and independent laboratories on process optimization, organizational development, and transformation.
• Developing modern, future-oriented laboratory equipment concepts for and with our workflow partners.
• Creating analyses and concepts for efficiency improvements.
• Developing and implementing organizational development strategies.
• Supporting transformation processes in the healthcare sector.

Your Role: Internship

Are you looking for an internship that offers both professional and personal development? Our internship is designed for ambitious Bachelor and Master students who are eager to actively participate in projects and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Potential Areas of Responsibility:

• Carrying out sub-projects to support product management, such as optimizing processes, reporting, and communication.
• Collaborating on internal projects and developing further consulting ideas.
• Assisting in the development of tools for process improvement.
• Conceptualizing marketing materials (e.g., online and social media marketing, presentations, and brochures).
• Participating in the introduction of new digital health products and supporting sales in Germany.
• Identifying, analyzing, and summarizing scientific literature and study results.

Your Profile:

To excel in your internship, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Currently enrolled as an advanced Bachelor or Master student in Natural Sciences, Economics, Health Economics, Information Technology, or a comparable field of study (a Gap Year internship is also possible).
• Accustomed to working proactively, independently, and with high commitment, possessing a quick grasp of concepts.
• Motivated by complex issues and driven by challenges.
• Enjoy working in a team and achieving success together.
• Proficient in using standard Office and Google applications.
• Professional German and English language skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile.
