Your Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager HKLS (m/f/d), you will:

• Independently lead demanding projects in building services engineering.
• Be technically and economically responsible for construction projects, including defining and creating technical concepts.
• Coordinate external and internal planning processes and maintain project documentation.
• Lead the project team and collaborate closely and interdisciplinarily with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality throughout the entire planning process.

Your Profile:

As a Project Manager HKLS (m/f/d), you should bring:

• An Engineering degree (B.Sc. / Master) in Building Services, Energy and Building Technology, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, preferably covering service phases 1-8.
• Good knowledge of standards and regulations for HKLS trades.
• Enjoy working in a team, take initiative, communicate clearly, and have a confident demeanor.
• Commitment, ambition, an independent work style, and entrepreneurial thinking.
