Your Mission:

Don't just analyze. Steer. Forecast. Optimize. Initiate projects.

You will be responsible for:

Analysis, Planning & Forecasting:

• Responsible for revenue and cost forecasts as well as budget planning for Service & Operations
• Developing capacity and resource plans (FTE, productivity)
• Deriving scenarios, forecasts, and trend analyses from historical data

Controlling & Performance Analysis:

• Defining and further developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
• Conducting variance analyses and clearly classifying deviations
• Identifying optimization potential based on numbers
• Creating CAPEX analyses (e.g., machine pool, maintenance, replacement)

Reporting & Data Structures:

• Building, standardizing, and automating reporting and planning logics
• Structuring data sources and ensuring data quality

Project Management:

• Initiating projects based on your analyses
• Conceiving, managing, and tracking 2-3 strategic projects in parallel
• Collaborating closely with Service & Operations and management

What you should bring:

• Several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Analytics
• Very high affinity for numbers and data, as well as a solid understanding of KPIs, forecasts, and budget logics
• Experience in the analysis and interpretation of complex financial and performance data
• Routine in variance analyses, forecast, and scenario models
• Very good German skills (native or min. C2)
• Fluent English skills (min. B1 / Business English)
• Confident use of ERP systems, BI tools, and MS Excel / Office
