Your Role

Do you love bringing content to life, inspiring people, and making digital spaces a little bit brighter? We look forward to your application as a Community Manager (m/f/d) in part-time (min. 20) hours/week for the Planegg near Munich location.

Your Mission:

Animation & Further Development of our New Social Intranet: You will ensure that our internal platform is brought to life from the start and doesn't gather dust. You bring people together and make it the digital meeting point for everyone.
Concept Development, Creative Magic & Storytelling: Whether text, image, or moving image -- you will independently develop content that not only informs but also makes people smile, marvel, or applaud. We have an in-house graphic designer who can support you -- if you know Photoshop for quick fixes, even better.
Analysis: You will measure the success of your content, interpret the data, and implement clever improvements together with the team.
Communication: You will work closely with various internal teams, juggle topics, and bring structure to the communication jungle. Your focus will be on supporting our nationwide branches -- and if other areas need support, you'll be there too.
Hands-on: You will pitch in when it counts, support the team in day-to-day operations, and be on-site if necessary to communicatively support events such as the Sanacorp Ski Championship or Tennis Championship.

What you bring:

A good feel for language, design, and different perspectives
Experience in content and/or community management or a related creative discipline
Enjoyment in driving things forward
A heart for good stories and an eye for the essentials
