Business Development Manager – Manufacturing & Logistics | North Rhine-Westphalia\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Manufacturing and Logistics landscape in Germany and Europe.\n\nThis is a high-impact, target-driven role focused on developing defined key accounts, building structured sales processes, and contributing directly to company growth strategy.\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\n#### Revenue Growth & Account Ownership\n\n* Full responsibility for sustainable revenue growth across defined target and key accounts\n* Ownership of individual revenue targets within your assigned customer portfolio\n* Identification and execution of cross-selling and upselling opportunities\n* Active pipeline management to achieve revenue targets\n* Delivery of regular, accurate sales forecasts\n\n#### Professionalisation of Data & Process Quality\n\n* 100% accurate and complete documentation of customer activities, opportunities, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM\n* Systematic mapping and ongoing maintenance of the buyer's centre, including:\n * Identification of missing roles within the buying process\n * Recording and integrating decision-makers and influencers\n* Monthly preparation and presentation of pipeline, revenue, and performance analysis\n\n#### Delivery of Company Growth Plan\n\n* Active contribution to achieving annual and multi-year company objectives\n* Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management to deliver strategy\n* Early identification of performance deviations and implementation of corrective measures\n\n#### Core Responsibilities (Commercial Focus)\n\n* Identify and win new business opportunities across Manufacturing and Logistics\n* Build and develop strategic partnerships across municipalities, developers, utility providers, and technology partners\n* Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing\n* Position complex solutions alongside technical teams\n* Represent the business at key industry events\n\n### Required Experience\n\n* Proven track record in solution sales or business development\n* Strong experience within Manufacturing and/or Logistics\n* Existing network of relevant German stakeholders\n* Experience managing structured enterprise sales processes\n* Comfortable working to revenue targets with disciplined CRM usage\n* German Fluent -- Mandatory\n\n### What's on Offer\n\n* Remote role with travel to customer sites\n* Competitive base salary\n* Performance-based bonus structure\n* Opportunity to drive growth in a high-potential market\n\nGerman Fluent -- Mandatory
