Head of Product | AI-Native Startup

We're hiring a hands-on Head of Product for a fast-growing AI startup launching a new enterprise product.

This is not a traditional people-management position. You will take ownership of the entire product---from defining the vision and strategy to customer discovery, delivery, launch and commercial impact.

The role:

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Lead a new AI product line from launch through growth
• Translate complex customer problems into scalable product capabilities
• Work closely with Engineering, Design and Data
• Build and launch AI-powered workflows using LLMs, retrieval, agents and structured extraction
• Define and track activation, adoption, retention and product-success metrics
• Align product releases with customer, sales and GTM priorities
• Make clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions in a fast-moving environment

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of software product experience
• AI startup experience is essential
• Experience owning an entire product end-to-end---not only one feature or product area
• A track record of taking technically complex products from 0--1
• Experience shipping AI products or significant AI capabilities used by real customers
• Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Comfortable working directly with customers and technical teams
• Based in Germany
